    the zip folder containing the qmobile usb driver is not helpful in sorting the problem of getting mobile connected with the PC. it does not contain any driver for installing on PC

      Its official driver & published by Qmobile. Which Operating system you using ...? We suggest you to try installing by device manager if not successful drop your issue here.

      TAZ Go to device manager & check if there is any Yellow Exclamation Point in Device Manager letme know ... 2nd share windows OS & if any error comes while connecting to pc suite..

    i m using qmobile a500.today when i connect my mobile to laptop via usb cable,its only charging not displaying any notification abot usb/usb debugging as its shows before.when i try to tap usb tethering in settings,i cannot able to to tap.before today it was working fine.i tried pc suite too but it wont work.

    using windows 8 in my toshiba laptop

      Once hard reset your Phone and try using this driver with following installation method .
      Download Driver

      In order to Install MTK Based Mobile Driver, follow the steps below (the next steps):

      1.Enable USB debugging on your phone from Settings > Developer options (If Option not available Just directly install driver).
      2.Download and extract attached PDAnet driver file in some folder on your PC.
      3.Go into that folder and run the "PdaNetA4126.exe" file.
      4.Select your phone/tablet manufacturer. Select "Others" for Chinese phones and tablets .
      5.Hit "Install" in Windows Security dialog.
      6.Connect your phone when you see the dialog below.
      You should see the following dialog now. Congratulations! Your Mobile/Tab USB Driver is installed. Click Finish on the dialog.
